In his role as the Unit Leader in the Implementation vertical at Vaagdhara, he has devoted 13 years of unwavering service, consistently demonstrating dedication and integrity in various organizational capacities. Responsible for overseeing programmatic activities across the operational areas of Madhya Pradesh & Rajasthan Districts, he ensures successful implementation. As a leader, he also focuses on team capacity building, mentoring, field activity monitoring, and performance reviews, striving to achieve the organization's programmatic Key Result Areas (KRAs). With a remarkable 25-year career in the social sector, including stints with esteemed organizations like RRIDMA – BAIF, he brings a wealth of experience. His educational qualifications include a PGPDM, MSW, and a B.Sc. in Agriculture (Hons.), underscoring his commitment to a well-rounded skill set.

As the unit leader of Mahi unit in the organization, he actively contributes to the implementation of various rural development programs. With 13 years of robust experience in organizations like N.M. Sadguru Water and Development Foundation, Arpan Seva Sansthan, Bhoruka Charitable Trust, and People's Education and Development Organization Project, he has played a vital role as a social activist in development programs. His areas of expertise encompass sustainable livelihood promotional programs, food and nutrition security, child protection and rights, and public advocacy for ensuring various rights. Holding a master's degree in Human Resource Management from Janardan Rai Nagar Vidhyalay University Udaipur, Rajasthan, his educational background complements his practical experience in driving impactful social change.

Unit Leader - Mangarh

As the Unit Leader of Mangarh unit, I provide crucial support to the Implementation unit, overseeing the implementation of various activities in the field. My responsibilities include monitoring community facilitators and offering support to Block Facilitators. Previously, I worked with FEGG as a Social Auditor and Data Analyst under the project of Educate Girls, covering Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh. I also served with NRLM as a Project Coordinator, focusing on financial literacy and increasing living income. In addition, I have been involved in formulating policies to retain employees in the organization. I hold a Master's degree in Rural Development from JRNRVU-Udaipur.
